Warranty Conditions and Return Policy
Our products carry a warranty period of 3 years on materials and workmanship.
We will not warrant damage caused by normal wear and tear and not following our Warning and Safety Instructions.
Any repairs to products not caused by normal wear and tear will be at the customer’s expense including any postage, parts and labour to carry out those repairs.
We will accept returns up to 30 days from the time the buyer receives the product. If you do not like our product or change your mind, you have to notify us within 14 days after purchasing. You are responsible to pay for return postage and the package has to be kept as original and all assembling parts included (Note: some products cannot be uninstalled after assembled, we will not accept return of assembled product).
Full refund will be made after the product has been returned and checked by our staff (Note: customer is responsible for any damage or loss during return by your delivery company. Please pack carefully).
Please attach a copy of our invoice when you send it back for warranty or return purposes.
